The Blockadelabs.com site (the “Website”) is part of an overall service (the “Service” or “Services”) operated by Blockade Games Inc., doing business as Blockade Labs. The Service (including the Blockade Labs Website and its associated Skybox AI (skybox.blockadelabs.com) web application provides individual users (“Subscriber” or “You”) with features and services that include generation of artwork via artificial intelligence and the display of artwork for you and other end users affiliated with you.

This Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of and incorporated in Skybox AI Terms of Service . You and Your use of Services as a user of Skybox AIs, are therefore bound by this Privacy Policy and Skybox AI Terms of Service.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service. This Privacy Policy informs You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

  • Online identifiers such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address);

  • Browser version;

  • The pages of our Service that You visit;

  • The time and date of Your visit;

  • The time spent on those pages;

  • Unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data;

  • Device Information such as hardware, operating system;

  • Geolocation Data.

Retention of Your Personal Data
